簡単パンプディング
炊飯器でできるパンプディング。
mixiで見つけたので作ってみました☆
材料は食パンと牛乳と卵と砂糖だけ。
分量としては食パン一枚に対して牛乳１００CC、卵一個、砂糖大さじ１くらい(^O^)/
牛乳と卵と砂糖を混ぜたプリン液を作ります。
薄く油をひいてグラニュー糖をまぶした炊飯釜に適当に切った食パンを敷き詰めます。
その上からプリン液を流し込んで、少し浮いてくる食パンをプリン液に浸るようにちょっと押します。
炊飯スイッチオン♪
で、完成〜☆
簡単だしなかなかおいしくできるので、ぜひお子ちゃまたちのおやつに(＾ω＾)
